I'm pretty disappointed in this app so far. It's a really expensive subscription, but there isn't much to it except a lot of written content. The "plans" are very high-level and the app doesn't support the recommendations. Eg. A plan will say "try being more organized. Make a todo list and a calendar ", but the app doesn't have todo lists or calendar. You can't even check off when you've done the recommendation."

I'm forced to use the app because apparently, I have to EMAIL 2 days before the trial ends to cancel my subscription. Sure, there was a disclaimer about it. But there are things that take precedent in life rather than actually remembering to oh, EMAIL two days ahead to cancel a subscription. What kind of customer/user experience is that?!! Way to start this journey of self-healing. Anxious free, yeah right."

Maybe it helps some people, but to me it's just another task to be anxious about not doing while having to pay for it. The reminders are not very helpful since it's not that I don't remember what I need to do but I just can't bring myself to start doing, and reminders only make it worse. The mood tracker just doesn't cover all different emotions. But also tracking all things takes up time and focus. Also, the structure of the app is a bit too overwhelming, and there is too much reading.."
