After awhile you stop getting emails about choosing one thing to put in your bag, they won't email you at all its not in any of the email folders. When you set your preferences they often completely ignore them after a couple months. You end up getting the same things over and over again, just with a different brand name. Also their app is very slow and often times doesn't even work. When I contacted support, you chat with a bot that gives you ads in the middle of a question."
Edit: once again the app is doing the same spinning when you click something but doesn't take you to the page. For 2 months I haven't been able to get to buy add ons because it won't allow me to go to the page. I love ipsy but the app stopped working a few weeks ago and ive unistalled and redownloaded and nothing has changed. When you try to open it you see a pink circle then nothing happens. They really need to update their app."
I can't get past the "spend more money" pop-ups. When I finally break through them by closing the app and then opening it about 10 times I can't get to anything except the most expensive box and refreshments. Really convinient the only thing I can do on the app is spend more money. The app is useless now. Customer service just told me to delete it and redownload it, that didn't work. Nothing does. (Bonus for how annoying the pop-ups are without crashing my app trying to get out of them.)"
